This study analyzes the maturity of banks on the French market in terms of digital transformation. This maturity reflects a greater or lesser use of certain technologies, the level of progress of the measures and projects mentioned above, but also the level of ambition of the banks to invest more in this field. It is clear that they are increasingly likely to engage their digital transformation to meet the demands of their customers.
PAC conducted an online survey of 127 executives and managers of the banking sector (retail, corporate, investment, etc.) involved in digital projects. PAC also conducted qualitative interviews to refine its analysis.
