Bank Awards: two customers in the first two places - Second consecutive year

In collaboration with the independent consulting firm iVox, Guide-epargne.be / Spaargids.be organized a major survey in Belgium about the satisfaction of consumers with their banks. For granting these Bank Awards, more than 34,000 visitors were interviewed.

AXA Bank Belgium and Nagelmackers, two customers in the first two places for their online banking platform.

Just like last year, AXA Bank Belgium wins the Bank Award for the bank with the best online platform with a score of 8.7 / 10. Bank Nagelmackers and another Bank is in second place with a score of 8.6 / 10.

The banks selected for this ranking were to offer both digital banking services and an application for mobile banking. The evaluation criteria were the ease of connection and monitoring of their financial situation, the user-friendliness related to the execution of payments and the extensive range of the proposed functionalities.
